3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Eligibility

• Business accounts must be registered by authorized representatives

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are liable for all activities that occur under your account

4. Social Media Account Connections

• You must own or have explicit authorization to manage connected accounts
• You grant SmartFlow Automation permission to access and post content on your behalf
• You remain fully responsible for all content posted through our platform
• You can revoke access permissions at any time through your account settings
• We use official APIs and OAuth protocols for secure connections

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Service for:

• Posting content that violates local, national, or international laws
• Content that promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination

6. Content and Intellectual Property

• You grant SmartFlow Automation a limited license to process and store your content to provide our services
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws
• SmartFlow Automation platform, software, and technology remain our exclusive property
• Our trademarks and brand elements may not be used without permission

7. Subscription and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

8. Service Availability and Support

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• Service interruptions due to third-party platform issues are beyond our control
• Support is provided via email and help documentation

9. Data and Privacy

Your privacy rights and our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. You can export your data at any time through your account dashboard.

10. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or fail to pay subscription fees after a notice period.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Each platform has its own terms of service and acceptable use policies
• You must comply with all applicable third-party terms
• We are not responsible for third-party platform changes or outages

15. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings where permitted by applicable law.
